Deion Sanders revelation from Lincoln Riley, from the perspective of Colorado football.
Prior to the game on Saturday, both coaches were giving each other praise as they prepared their respective teams to face Deion Sanders and the Colorado football team.
After Oregon handed the Buffaloes their first loss of the season, a 42-6 setback, the Trojans are huge favorites by 21 and a half points.
Riley has nothing but praise for Deion’s coaching, despite the fact that Colorado isn’t performing at the same level as USC and other elite teams.
In reference to Sanders, Riley remarked, “I think he’s done a great job.”.
“You know, just look at the outcomes. At the end of the day, it is our responsibility as coaches to take all the necessary steps to improve the programs that provide us with this opportunity.
According to Patrick Warren of Sports Illustrated, “There are a lot more similarities between the transformation here and what Coach has done at Colorado than there are not.
He comes across as being very sincere in his approach.
People can immediately tell when you are acting fake or pretending to be someone you are not.
Any person can be a great leader if they are themselves, regardless of their personality traits or other characteristics.
“.
Deion Sanders gave Lincoln Riley similar praise earlier this week, calling him a champion and one of college football’s top instructors.
The relationship between these two coaches is obviously much more admiring than it was when Sanders faced off against Oregon’s Dan Lanning and Colorado State coach Jay Norvell a few weeks earlier.
Especially Lanning’s speech to the Ducks prior to Oregon’s victory, both of those games featured significantly more pre-game jabs at the opposing coach and team.
