Former Steelers WR Antonio Brown Arrested

A police officer detained the former wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers outside of his residence.

PITTSBURGH — According to Local 10 News, former wide receiver Antonio Brown of the Pittsburgh Steelers was reportedly arrested for failing to pay child support.

Records from the Broward Sheriff’s Office show that Brown was arrested on Sunday night at midnight.
He got into a taxi outside his Dania Beach house and was taken into custody.

Since then, he has been freed on a $15,000 bond.

Wiltrice Jackson, Brown’s daughter’s mother and ex, revealed to TMZ that the former wideout for the Pittsburgh Steelers owes $31,000 in unpaid child support.

Brown’s problems stemming from unpaid child support have not been new.
He owed $30,000 earlier in the year, but he paid it off before being taken into custody. Jackson also claims that Brown shoved her during a domestic fight in 2019.
In the event, he was not prosecuted.

Since leaving a game in the middle of 2021 while playing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Brown has not participated in an NFL game.
