Colts Are Reportedly Interested In Notable WR1

Week 6 of this season has already brought the Indianapolis Colts a great deal of hardship.

In search of a lucrative contract extension, star running back Jonathan Taylor skipped training camp and missed the first four games of the season.
Since coming back, he hasn’t seemed like the same player.

Next, against the Tennessee Titans in Week 5, Anthony Richardson, the rookie quarterback, the No. He strained his right shoulder’s AC joint, which will require surgery to fix, and will miss the remainder of the season as a result.
He was selected with the fourth overall pick in the April draft.

But the Colts have persevered to a respectable 3-3 record, as evidenced by their Week 3 overtime victory over the Baltimore Ravens.

They could use another threat at wide receiver, and through Dov Kleiman, they have discussed acquiring Jerry Jeudy with the Denver Broncos as the trade deadline of October 31 draws near.

Rumor has it that Jeudy and perhaps one or more of the Broncos’ other players could be had on the trade market, as the team has a dismal record of 1-5.

As of now this season, Jeudy, 24, has 20 catches for 222 yards.
Last season, he recorded 972 yards and six touchdowns.

Michael Pittman Jr. is an excellent wide receiver for the Colts.
, who has accrued 406 receiving yards and one touchdown in six games, and rookie wide receiver Josh Downs, who has made 28 receptions for 276 yards in 2023.

This winter, Indianapolis might be able to contend for a Wild Card playoff spot if they make improvements at wide receiver and quarterback Taylor gets back on track.
