Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay said Tuesday night that the league is poised to make some big decisions following the team’s loss in Week 7.

Despite both teams having no shortage of starting quarterbacks, the game went back and forth with several lead changes and a thrilling last-minute win. That late rally was the focus of postgame complaints from Colts fans and team owner Jim Irsay.

On Tuesday night, Colts owner Jim Irsay went to him “The NFL recognizes and understands that it made a poor decision at the end of Sunday’s Colts/Browns game,” he wrote.
“I think they should implement an instant replay system for all calls, including penalties, in the last two minutes of every game.”

Currently, only NFL officials can call for a replay in the last two minutes of halftime. Otherwise, the manager has the option to appeal the call at another point in the game.
