Weighing a possible Atlanta star trade for the Browns

The Browns tried multiple players to continue their comeback game.

Pierre Strong Jr. had three punt returns for 72 yards and Jaylon Darden had two punt returns for 42 yards.
Donovan Peoples-Jones has struggled this season with 12 returns for 77 yards (6.4 per return).

If the Browns were to expand their offense or bring back the running game, what better option than Atlanta’s Cordarrelle Patterson?
Although Patterson is known for his versatility, he stands out as a kick returner.
His 7,896 punt returns currently rank 10th all-time with 269 punt returns (29.4 per return) and a career-high nine touchdowns.
He led the league in tackles twice, earned seven All-Pro selections and earned a spot on the NFL’s 2010 All-Decade Team.

This season, he has carried the ball 11 times for 56 yards (5.1 per carry), caught two passes for 13 yards (6.5 per reception) and returned three punts for 60 yards (20.0 on return).
Watch the video at the top of this post as Sports 4 CLE hosts Dave Bacon and Mary Kay Cabot discuss whether trading Cordarrelle Patterson makes sense for the Browns.
