Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake are teaming up to contribute to the development of a luxurious community in Wellington, Florida. The 600-acre project, known as The Wellington, is set to become a premier “club community” in Palm Beach County, reflecting the area’s rich history in equestrian sports. Partnering with entrepreneur Mark Bellissimo and real estate development company NEXUS Luxury Collection, the duo aims to create an upscale living experience with a resort-style atmosphere.

The residential town will feature a variety of housing options, including single-family homes and condos, offering future residents the epitome of upscale living. The development will pay homage to Wellington’s equestrian heritage, providing recreational amenities such as a public riding center for both experienced riders and beginners. The Wellington International equestrian showgrounds will undergo expansion, thanks to a significant investment, further solidifying the region’s status as a global equestrian hub.

The design of The Wellington is expected to mirror NEXUS’ successful resort community in the Bahamas, named Albany, where Woods and Timberlake are also involved. Beyond equestrian facilities, the community will boast a reimagined Cypress Golf Course, a 16-acre park, nature preserves, and running trails.

Residents of The Wellington can indulge in leisurely moments by choosing from four distinct pools, including a lap pool, a family pool, and a resort-style pool with cabanas. The development goes beyond being merely residential; it will allocate seventeen acres for a commercial center, encompassing shops, restaurants, and offices, creating a vibrant and self-contained community.
