Tiger ‘will release embarrassing photos’ of ex-girlfriend Kristin Smith if she breaks Non-Disclosure Agreement (video)

TIGER WOODS is battling to keep another sex scandal quiet – challenging an ex-girlfriend in court over a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

The golfing star, 42, set to start in the prestigious Masters tournament in the US this week, is now tied up in a legal wrangle with former lover Kristin Smith.

They broke up in 2017 and Smith is understood to believe that Woods cheated on her.

She is now trying to get an NDA, which she supposedly signed, registered as invalid so she can expose her ex’s behaviour.

Woods is said to have threatened to release embarrassing pictures of Smith if she doesn’t honour the confidentiality agreement.

The star has struggled to return to top form since taking a year off in 2009 when he admitted cheating on his then wife Elin Nordegren with several women.

Two days after the first allegations emerged, Woods crashed his plush Cadillac car outside his home after being chased with a golf club by his scorned wife.

The sporting hero has failed to win a major since and had tumbled as low as 876th in the world rankings.
