Trade Proposal Lands Browns $15 Million WR to Pair With Amari Cooper

Browns’ $15 million WR is acquired via a trade proposal, joining Amari Cooper.

The Browns might look into adding more wide receiver depth to pair with Amari Cooper during the bye week.

The Cleveland Browns will have an early bye week and may take advantage of it to trade for a new wide receiver to bolster their arsenal.

Jerry Jeudy, a pass-catcher for the Denver Broncos who the Browns had previously looked into, has come up as a name that might be a choice.
If Cleveland decides to look into improving their wide receiver room, Jeudy could end up on their radar, according to Browns insider Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland .

On October 1, Cabot wrote, “I think the Browns will reach the bye week and start evaluating whether they need to add another Pro Bowl-caliber receiver to the roster.”.
If that’s the case, I believe Jeudy may once more come up on their radar because he has before—most recently, in March, just before they traded for Elijah Moore.

Cabot added that a move for someone like Jeudy is more probable than a trade for disgruntled Las Vegas Raiders receiver Davante Adams.

His Alabama cousin Amari Cooper would look fantastic opposite Judy.
Additionally, he would get to team up with Donovan Peoples-Jones and Elijah Moore.

In his best season as a professional, Jeudy had 67 catches for 972 yards and six touchdowns going into this season.
With 168 catches, Jeudy has amassed 2,453 yards overall.
Jeudy’s new season hasn’t gotten off to the best of starts. He has 13 catches for 158 yards in three games after missing the season opener due to injury. Jeudy has yet to score a touchdown.

This offseason, the Browns made some improvements to their passing attack.
With a third-round pick, they selected Cedric Tillman and acquired veteran Marquise Goodwin in addition to trading for Moore.

Moore has been a good addition, and the Browns have plans for using him in a variety of ways.
Just two catches for a total of five yards have been made this season by Tillman and Goodwin together.
Although things haven’t gone well, Browns general manager Andrew Berry is happy with the situation.
