NFL world reacts to Trevor Lawrence announcement

The NFL community responds to the announcement of Trevor Lawrence.

Trevor Lawrence, the star quarterback for the Jacksonville Jaguars, has a knee injury ahead of Thursday night’s game against the New Orleans Saints, but it sounds like we won’t find out if he can play until right before kickoff.

Trevor Lawrence will work out before the game on Thursday night to assess his condition, according to a report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter, an NFL insider.
However, it appears that the team may decide to play him at any time.

According to a source, the Jaguars will evaluate quarterback Trevor Lawrence before tonight’s game to see if he can play despite having a sprained knee against the Saints.
The source continued, “It could very well be a game-time decision.”.
In Lawrence’s absence, C.
J. Beathard would get the start, Schefter said in a post on X, the social media platform that replaced Twitter.

The NFL world had a lot to say about it on social media as a result of it being a pretty significant announcement regarding the status of one of the league’s top quarterbacks.

The decision must be made in 9 hours, so what does a source’s statement that “it could easily be a game time decision” even mean at this point?
This person either lacks inside knowledge about whether the decision has already been made or it has already been made at the time of the game.

We’ll have to wait and see if Lawrence is fit enough to participate on Thursday night, or if C.
J. Beathard will be chosen instead.
