Deion Sanders Makes Bold Guarantee After Colorado’s Fourth Loss
The Colorado Buffaloes started the 2023 season with a 3-0 record and looked like a legitimate contender in the Pac-12.
But Deion Sanders and company are 1-4 in their last five games and can only hope to win a bowl.
But after Saturday night’s loss to the UCLA Bruins, Sanders made a bold statement.
“We will win,” he told reporters.
“I want to win.
I’m used to winning.
And we will win.
we’re going to win fasten your seat belts and wait, we’re going to win.” Sanders spoke with On3Sports after the game.
“We have to see what can happen with our team. I mean we only kicked each other’s ass once.
This happened in Oregon.
We got a shot, but we weren’t going to win.
Sanders talked about previous games the team could have won, noting how close the Buffaloes were.
“You can see in any other game how we won that game. We can do this.
That’s what we call hope in our book.
“I’m grateful and happy for that,” he said.
