College football fans are worried about Deion Sanders’ claim.
Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes faced a double whammy on and off the field last Saturday night. They lost 28-16 to the UCLA Bruins in the Rose Bowl, and the night turned dark when thieves broke into the Buffaloes locker room and took several players’ personal belongings. CU Athletics immediately released a statement regarding the incident.
“I understand that during Saturday’s game against UCLA in the Rose Bowl, personal items were taken from CU players as they entered the locker room. We are in contact with UCLA and the Pasadena police.
The Pasadena Police Department is the lead agency in charge of the investigation.”
Coach Sanders is not taking this lightly and believes the Rose Bowl should be held accountable for the stolen items.
He is demanding that the Rose Bowl take responsibility and compensate its players for their losses.
