Deion Sanders Gives Shedeur Sanders Health Update After Getting Beat Up Vs UCLA

The Boulder, Colorado honeymoon is slowly fading.
Coach Deion Sanders and the Buffaloes have now lost two in a row with a 1-4 conference record and 4-4 season record.
Some of their decline was due to injuries, most notably to two-time All-Star Travis Hunter, but they were downright dominant in the trenches.
Quarterback Sheder Sanders continued to collapse in the pocket, posting a touchdown and 217 yards in the Buffaloes’ win over the UCLA Bruins last week.
Sanders’ number was on the Bruins’ defensive line all night, and Colorado football had no answer.

Coach Sanders discussed Sheder’s health after the Sanders loss as CU prepares to play No. 16 Oregon State this weekend.
Deion Sanders replied: β€œIt’s good.
Is good”. β€œI think we’ll give him an extra day off to allow him to recover properly.
Thus, that person can become the best.
This is the best.
We wish him well.
But it works fine. Mentally, physically, psychologically.

Deion Sanders also highlighted the offensive line and gave an update on his plans in the trenches.

β€œWe had a one-on-one and one-on-one meeting with the entire offensive line and the meeting went well.
I’m sure these guys will make huge strides and this weekend we’ll see a much more organized, aggressive, physical and well-prepared group.

Like Colorado football, quarterback Sanders started the season on a tear, but his numbers continued to decline.
Sanders had his worst performance against the Bruins, but was left with bumps and bruises to grow like the rest of the team.
