Angry Deion Sanders hit Back at Former NFL Player After Public Callout
After Colorado’s loss to the UCLA Bruins last weekend, reports indicated that several Buffaloes were the victims of the Rose Bowl robberies.
Colorado players said jewelry and money were stolen from their lockers during the 28-16 loss.
This is not the first time a team led by Deion Sanders has been the victim of a locker room robbery.
A similar incident occurred during his debut at Jackson State when a coach stole Prime’s personal belongings from the locker room.
Sanders issued several statements following the Edwards Waters robbery in 2021. And now former NFL player Doc Holliday is asking Coach Prime to “keep the same energy” when he comes to UCLA.
“I remember when you were coaching at Jackson State,” Holliday said in the video.
“…
you were very critical of the university and the city.
“… I really got to see the energy and the anger that you showed during your time at Jackson State.”
Sanders has now responded to the video.
“Brother, keep living your life.
I’m glad I’m stressing over yesterday’s inconsistencies.
You are talking about two completely different situations.
May God bless you as he blesses me,” Sanders wrote.
Sanders and the Buffaloes will try to get their season back on track this weekend against Oregon State.
