New Leaf calls out former Bruins teammate Brad Marchand for his antics

The Maple Leafs are in Boston tonight to take on the Boston Bruins, who are off to a torrid 8-0-1 start.
It also means new Leaf Tyler Bertuzzi will have a chance to catch up with his former teammates.
Bertuzzi was acquired from the Detroit Red Wings at last year’s trade deadline and appeared in 21 regular season games and seven playoff games with the Bruins.
Bertuzzi looked rejuvenated in Boston, scoring 16 points in 21 regular season games and 10 in the playoffs.
After practice yesterday, Bertuzzi was asked what he’s learned about Brad Marchand since becoming his teammate, some of which some non-Bruins fans might not want to hear.

“He is a good person. He\’s just easy to get along with.

Bertuzzi was also asked if he had any inside information about ways to deal with Marchand\’s antics on the ice.
“I know it’s full right now,” Bertuzzi said, adding that Marchand will try something tonight, but “it’s all in fun.”

Bertuzzi had hoped to re-sign with Boston last offseason, but the Bruins couldn’t find cap space.
This prompted Bertuzzi to look elsewhere, and the Leafs welcomed him with open arms on a one-year deal.
Leafs and nine games have scored two goals and three points in 12 penalty fields. He is still struggling to find his pass in blue and white, but perhaps Marchand will be able to taste his medicine tonight.
