Steelers make intriguing Jaylen Warren-Najee Harris move

The Pittsburgh Steelers are making changes to their official starting lineup this offseason with Jaylen Warren starting.

One of the most exciting teams in the NFL is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Steelers experimented with various schemes and formations throughout the season, primarily because of their offensive woes.
They have now moved up the depth chart, making sophomore Jaylen Warren a game day starter.

The Steelers have struggled on offense this season, and their answer to moving the ball is to keep it on the ground.
Former first-round pick Naji Harris was a mainstay for the Steelers in his rookie season, but has since shared the field with Warren.
While Harris took on smaller and smaller roles, Warren began to make the most of her opportunities.
“He told me the night before that whatever happens with the team, he’s going to let me know.
I deserve it,” Warren said of coach Mike Tomlin, per ESPN’s Brooke Pryor .

Steelers’ Mike Tomlin offers a hopeful update on Pat Fryermuth’s Week 11 injury.

Warren recorded the only 100-yard game of his career in his first start for the Black and Gold. With the added touchdown, he had a very productive performance and made it clear that he belongs on the team. The Steelers will focus on the running game going forward, so Warren’s ability to find space and get into the open field will stand out every week.
Pittsburgh will continue to look to add Harris permanently, but Jaylen Warren appears to be the first option in a 50-50 scenario.
He could run and pass and was a big help in sparking the Steelers offense.
