Max Verstappen was not arrested when he made cruel comments after qualifying in Las Vegas.

Max Verstappen remained unfazed after qualifying for the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
He first criticized Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff for his comments about the water valve incident in FP1 before pitching the sprint race concept to F1 bosses and Liberty Media.
The Dutchman was in a fiery mood over the weekend as he continued to rail against the Las Vegas GP and the wider direction F1 bosses and Liberty Media are taking for the sport.

He also opposed the fine imposed on Carlos Sainz.
A Ferrari driver suffered major damage in FP1 on Friday when a water valve was sucked under his SF-23. This resulted in an abandoned session and a 10-place grid penalty for Spain’s new countryside.
According to boss Mercedes Wolff, this did not cause any problems.
“It’s absolutely ridiculous,” he protested to a reporter at a press conference on Friday.
[This is FP1.

“This has happened before.
he is nothing This is FP1.
We salute the people who made this Grand Prix, the people who made this sport bigger than ever.”

Verstappen politely responded to his earlier comments with Viaplay: “Of course it’s true.
This has happened before and we must learn from it.
Go to the street circuit and you will see that such things create problems.
So you have to prepare for it.
“If it had been his car, I probably would have said it differently, but I wouldn’t expect anything less. We will be as angry as Ferrari.
Of course the whole car was destroyed.”
