Bears DB Kyler Gordon penalized for terrible taunting penalty on “Monday Night Football”
It was a boring first trimester. However, Monday Night Football between the Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Bears will be even more interesting — if only because the two are NFC North division rivals — and Chicago cornerback Jaylon Johnson made sure of that with 11:43 remaining. should go in the second trimester. The only problem? Quarterback Kyler Gordon was penalized 15 yards for one of the weirdest mocking penalties you’ll ever see.
What was Gordon supposed to do at that point? Sure, you could argue that he should be fine with removing his helmet when he returns to the field, but can you call that teasing in 2023?
