When quarterback Joe Flacco found Moore 42 yards down the sideline, he was able to get a body part in before going out of bounds. The Rams claimed they failed to create possession chances on the boundary line, leading to a clumsy defeat. What about calling the umpire to confirm the call on the field? priceless.
