Tom Brady slams Colts quarterback, NOT Damontae Kazee, for brutal hit

Tom Brady blamed the brutal hitting, not Colts quarterback Damonte Kazee.
Pittman dives parallel to the ground to make the catch and hits Kazee.
Kazee’s representatives have already said they intend to appeal the ban.
DailyMail.com has all the latest international sports news Tom Brady offers a different take on Pittsburgh Steelers safety Damonte Kazee’s decision to suspend safety, replacing him with Indianapolis Colts wide receiver suggests that Pittman Jr.
is not responsible for the big hit against Michael.
Kazee was ejected from Sunday’s game between the Steelers and the Colts for punching Pittman Jr.
and causing unnecessary disorder and was suspended by the NFL for the remainder of the season.
The NFL announced that a player will be suspended without pay for repeatedly violating rules designed to protect the health and safety of players.
However, despite Kazee’s great influence on Pittman, Brady instead argued that the quarterback, not the defensive players, should be punished for such plays.
In SportsCenter’s Instagram post announcing Kazee’s suspension, he commented, “Nobody likes it when players get hurt.
” “But hard hits do happen.
” QBs shouldn’t throw the ball into areas where their teammates are exposed to such hits.
Damonte Kazee Tom Brady Kazee was suspended for the rest of the season for taking a big hit on Michael Pittman But Brady defended Kazee and said that if he took a big hit, he would be the quarterback.
Pitman jumped and tried to catch Kazee before diving head-on into his shoulder.
“Coaches need to coach better, QBs need to read coverages and throw the ball in the right place, defenders need to aim for the right hitting areas.
” “Blame the defensive backs.
” It’s completely wrong to continue.
We need better QB play!

Kazee was ejected from the Steelers after hitting a big hit that threw Pittman out of play in a 30-13 loss to the Colts.
When Pittman was sprawled through the air, he hit Kazee face-first in the shoulder, knocking the ball away.
He suffered a concussion when dropped and was unable to complete the catch.
If Kazee hadn’t lowered his shoulder, Pittman would likely not only have completed the catch and gained a significant yardage, but he would have missed the safety’s leg.
The defender could have been seriously injured by the ball flying directly at him.
However, according to CBS’ Josina Anderson, Kazee’s agent, Ron Butler, has already said he plans to appeal his season-long suspension.
“I want to shed light on the situation of defensive players who are in a position where they feel like they need to play to keep their job, but they’re not going to get hurt,” Butler said.
“That’s about the only time I’ve had to deal with a fine since I’ve been an agent.
” I understand that they’re trying to clean up the game, but that’s a bit extreme at this point.
As for the idea that Kazee will receive harsher penalties for “repeat violations,” consider that most of the fines handed out this season were overturned on appeal.
That’s why we have to be careful with this classification and narrative.
” Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin also criticized suspensions and rules that put the blame on defenders Brady made similar comments in 2021, saying the blame lies with the QB.
His defending WRs Brady’s comments are also similar to those he made in 2021, where he relied on quarterbacks protecting wide receivers rather than defensive backs protecting offensive players.
“When you’re a quarterback, he has to protect himself and his players,” Brady said.
“That should not be
