As Tiger Woods’ Horrors Return, Ex-wife Elin Nordegren’s Former $16,750,000 Workplace Makes Waves
Tiger Woods hasn’t fared well in his pursuits in love, unlike his on-course triumphs. From his scandalous marriage troubles in 2009 to his extremely public breakup with Lindsey Vonn in 2015, the golf legend has been dealt a tough hand. And while many were hoping otherwise, his latest with Erica Herman ended the same way—filled to the brim with drama.
Going after him legally yet again just weeks after their bout in court had ended, it seems his surroundings (quite literally) don’t reflect his woes! While the 15-time major champion gears up for yet another confrontation with his ex, a site just minutes away from him—that coincidentally was another ex’s workspace—hits the market! Blowing everyone away with its nearly $17 million value, with moments between Elin Nordegren and Tiger Woods that the venue sparked, it may just not be that farfetched!
A space, arguably crucial to Tiger Woods’ one and only marriage, goes live on the market
Woods is currently facing tough times; his surroundings, a.k.a. Jupiter Island, are booming, especially regarding its real estate. And amid the various multi-million houses being sold in the area, there is one currently valued at $16.75 million, without which Woods and Nordegren would perhaps have never met!
The Palm Beach Post, Mansion Global recently reported a luxurious property in Indiana Hills going on the market. The home was initially built for Swedish pro golfer Jesper Parnevik in 2000, and it was he and his family who employed Woods’s ex-wife as a nanny before she ever met the golf legend. She resided on the property in the guesthouse of the mansion!
The house commemorates Woods and Nordegren’s first meeting, for it was Parnevik who introduced Elin to Tiger years ahead of their wedding in 2004. Over half a decade later, the golf legend’s marriage crumbled in 2009. The Swedish golfer sold the luxurious property, and today, the Florida waterfront estate is listed for a whopping nearly $17 million. It stands just 12 minutes away from Woods’ current mansion, and its facilities are ideal for any golf fanatic!
The 15,066-square-foot house is well-equipped with nine bedrooms, with five in the main house and four distributed in the guest house. The set is completed with 10 bathrooms in total. While overlooking the serene Atlantic Ocean, the floor-to-ceiling glass windows stand tall in the mansion. It comes with an in-built lounge, which can also be turned into a game room. The space also has a full wet bar and a theater.
Owing to being a golfer’s dream paradise, the site also accommodates a trackman golf simulator, green putts, and a billiards room. And since the space is huge, it also has a private spa, pool, and dockage for a large yacht. However, the 47-year-old might be too busy to pay attention to the newly available space, which probably holds a significant link to his past. After all, he is too focused on the present, with his mega-controversy and his disgruntled ex-lover back in the limelight!
Woods’ ex-girlfriend drags him back into a legal bout
Controversy seems to follow Woods wherever he goes, and this time, it’s thanks to his former partner, Erica Herman. She recently filed a 53-page brief in Florida, appealing to the court to revive her formerly filed public lawsuit against Woods. Woods’s former employee and ex-girlfriend took this step after her plea was dismissed earlier in May.
Her attorney has claimed that she was a victim of sexual harassment and was being forced to seek private arbitration. They further brought to light how such scenarios void the NDA she was forced to sign in 2017 and made sure that she remained quiet about her relationship with her then-employer, Woods. Much remains to be seen as to how the now-revived Woods and Herman saga continues.
