After the Ferrari BLUNDER, the Japanese Grand Prix organizers were furious.

In the days preceding this weekend’s race, race officials at the Japanese Grand Prix addressed a humorous oversight involving Ferrari drivers Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc.

The public became aware of this problem only after a viral photo from Reddit went viral, showing clearly how Sainz’s banner was positioned above both sides of the Ferrari garage.

Sainz has attracted a lot of attention lately as a result of his impressive accomplishments, which include claiming the pole position at Monza earlier this month and triumphing spectacularly in the race last week in Singapore.

He became the only driver, excluding the Red Bull team of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez, to claim a race victory in the 2023 season as a result of his victory at Marina Bay.

Japan’s organizers walked away embarrassed.

Evidently, those in charge of setting up the Suzuka venue’s decorations were a little taken aback by the excitement surrounding the 29-year-old driver’s recent victories.

Amazingly, they not only placed a banner with Sainz’s name and face above his designated garage, but they also unintentionally did the same above Charles Leclerc’s.

Many comments on the popular post questioned why it had taken them so long to discover the error.

Thankfully, when made aware of their regrettable mistake, high-visibility employees quickly took corrective action to cover the banner featuring Sainz’s face and swap it out for the proper Leclerc banner.

Everything will be fine if it all works out.
