NFL World react to the absurd Tyreek Hill news.

The highest-paid player at his position is Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill. But even he dislikes receiving a fine from the NFL, especially not for the absurd justification that was provided to him on Thursday.

In Week 3, Hill and the Dolphins outclassed the Denver Broncos, winning 70-20. Hill significantly contributed to that, racking up nine receptions for 157 yards and a score.

Hill had a fantastic day personally, but he’ll probably have to pay for it financially because he broke a ridiculous dress code rule during the game.

Hill told Hal Habib of The Palm Beach Post that he received a $7,000 fine for failing to put on socks at one point in the game after receiving an IV.

I had no socks on at all when I scored the first touchdown in the Broncos game, according to Hill. I didn’t want to be late for the play, but I had to get an IV.
Because of this, I was unable to put on my socks.
“.

Hill said that he intends to contest the fine and seek a reduction.

According to Hill, “It was about $7,000, but I’m appealing, so when I appeal, it’ll probably get reduced.”.

For any player to be fined for something as basic as taking off your socks is a pretty absurd amount.
Additionally, the sheer size of the fine rightfully shocked fans on social media.

Given that he has a four-year, $120 million contract with the Dolphins, Hill can undoubtedly afford the fine.
However, that is obviously not the point, and even for a layer like Hill, the fine seems excessive.
