JUST-IN: Browns release final official statement on Deshaun Watson ahead of Colts game

The Browns quarterback returned to the practice field this week and was a full participant Friday.

Deshaun Watson’s shoulder watch could end on Sunday.
That’s because he’s expected to officially return for the team against the Indianapolis Colts.
This was the result when Watson played later that week.
The 28-year-old trained on a limited basis on Thursday, paving the way for his full participation in Friday’s session.
This was Watson’s first full practice with his teammates in nearly a month.
The former Texas quarterback has missed the Browns’ last two games with a shoulder injury identified as a “bruised rotator cuff.” The circumstances surrounding the situation have been a little strange at times, but the Browns have explained that it will continue to be that way.
Don’t put Watson back on the field until he’s physically fit to do the job.

Coach Kevin Stefanski said Friday that Watson is expected to play this weekend, but is taking a wait-and-see approach to his status.
“We can’t figure it out,” a Browns executive said.
“I want to see how he reacts and how his body reacts again today.”

It looks like the Browns’ signal caller has officially responded well to his return to Indy.
Watson’s status has been unclear all week, but Cleveland is considered the favorite over the Colts at SI Sportsbook.
However, the Browns are much better than beating Indianapolis without Watson.
