NFL star alleges that against his will, he was given an injection and taken to a mental health facility.

The Las Vegas fire department allegedly forced Chandler Jones to take an injection and took him against his will to a mental health hospital last week, according to a social media post by Jones.

The defensive lineman for the Las Vegas Raiders has recently posted a number of disturbing social media tirades, many of which were directed at the group.
Josh McDaniels, the head coach, would not discuss the “personal situation” or “private matter,” so he was placed on the non-football illness list last week, effectively barring him from playing indefinitely.

Jones claimed in a handwritten letter that he was injected and taken to a medical facility in his most concerning post from Monday night, which included the words “First day out but I’m still aligned” and images of the letter.

Jones wrote: “First day out, in case my fans and friends were wondering, I was taken in last week against my will by the Las Vegas fire department.

“I received an unknown injection. They claim that the Las Vegas police placed me on a court hold. I wasn’t guilty of any wrongdoing.
According to the police, my online posts caused people to worry about me.

“When I answered my front door, a group of five to seven people wanted to take me to the hospital where I was later given an injection, but I begged them not to.
I didn’t have a phone and couldn’t communicate.
They tried to coerce me into taking medication and getting injections when I was taken to Seven Hills hospital from Southern Hills hospital.

“I called Raiders General Manager 6–7 times for assistance and pondered if he had put me in this position, but he never answered.
Even voicemails were left for him. I was merely trying to understand why I continue to be denied access to the building and why I must continue to witness my brothers’ suffering every Sunday.
No response was provided, though.

“Note to high-profile athletes: this is NOT the place.
I spent my first night sleeping on the floor because I wasn’t given a bed.

“My brothers had to bring me decent food to eat and clothes.
My father visits and reads me scriptures. Every day I don’t get is worth a million dollars.
I still don’t understand what I did incorrectly.
I am still here.
I’m incredibly rational.

“I work out every day in my room.
If you ask the staff here, even down the hallway at three in the morning. All I know is that whoever placed me here did so with malice.
I’m too strong of a person to be mentally ill.
They all know that I exist, my friends.

Jones signed a three-year, $51 million contract with the team last year, and was due to make $17 million this year.
He was selected by the New England Patriots in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft. The brother of UFC star Jon Jones, he played for the Arizona Cardinals for six seasons before joining the Raiders.
