Red Bull is getting ready to announce a deal.

A new contract for AlphaTauri actor Yuki Tsunoda is reportedly being finalized by Red Bull before the Japanese Grand Prix.

Since the start of the 2021 season, the 23-year-old has competed for Red Bull’s junior squad.

Additionally, he will receive a new contract to continue competing in 2024, according to Auto Motor und Sport.

Tsunoda’s last two races have been miserable as he was unable to start in Monza due to a malfunction and had to leave Singapore’s race early due to another problem.

Only three points have been scored this season by the young player.

Verstappen’s decision perplexed Brundle.

Martin Brundle, an analyst for Formula One, is baffled by Max Verstappen’s escape from punishment for obstructing Yuki Tsunoda in Singapore Grand Prix qualifying.

Verstappen’s Red Bull team and himself, according to Brundle, will have been astounded by the decision, which came during a difficult qualifying session for the Dutchman.

Many in the paddock, including the team and driver in question—and I am confident that they are among them—were very surprised that Max Verstappen did not receive a penalty for impeding Yuki Tsunoda in qualifying, according to Brundle’s Sky Sports column.

Even though it was the junior Red Bull team, I was disappointed in Tsunoda’s Alpha Tauri team for not sending a representative to the hearing.
